IMPORTANT STUDIO CALENDAR UPDATES

Hello Everyone, I  wanted to send out an update about things that are going on in the gym/studio the next month.

Friday May 2nd- Last Parent's Association  Meeting All fundraising money (candles/add's/ candy bar) money is due at this time. There will also be sign ups for times to work the meet next weekend.

Saturday May 3rd- The company dancers from Dance Works Studio will be preforming in Downtown Wake Forest for Meet in the Street at 3:00pm on Stage 1

Friday May 9th- Gym Rearrangement, we will need as many volunteers as possible to help rearange the gym for our host meet on saturday.
(rearrangement will begin at 5:30.

Saturday May 10th- Mothers Day Invite at Tri county gymnastics
Levels 1 and 2- 9:00am-12:00pm
Levels 3,4 and novice 12:00pm-3:30pm
Levels 5,6,7,8 and prep 1's 3:15pm-6:45pm

May 12th-16th -Studio Pictures (schedule will be avaialbe in the next couple days)

May 19th and 21st- Ballet Technical rehearsals at the studio 5:00-8:00
Wednesday May 28th Ballet Technical-Wakefield Hs 5:30-8:30
Thursday May 29th Dress Rehearsal-Wakefield Hs 5:30-8:30
Saturday May 31st- Recital 1:30pm Wakefield Hs 1:30-4:39

Saturday May 31st- The Joey's Restaraunt Ballroom in Louisburg has been reserved for a reception for all dancers and their families. There will be a set menu for adults but a full menu for kids. (Joey's is an ittalian restaruant owned my Mrs Wendy's mom, they serve cheeseburgers as well). If you could please RSVP if you will be attending and with aprox how many people you will be bringing we can make this reception a wonderful one!!

Tuesay-Thursday June 3rd-5th Company Auditions for 2008-2009 Dance Year, All Dancers of all ability levels are welcome
Beginner Intermediates (ages 6-10)
 4:30-6:00 Tuesday -jazz/tap
Thursday-hip hop

Intermediate/Advanced 6:00-7:30 '
Tuesday-Tap/jazz
Wednesday- Lyrical/Modern
Thursday- hip  hop

Lastly Summer Camp Info will be available at the studio this Monday
Please sign up ASAP as spots will go fast, We will be limiting camps to 30 campers this year. Online registration is already available. All camps run from 9:00-4:00 with early and late care available.
Dates are
June 23-27th fun camp
July 7th-11th- summer intensive/team camp
July 14th-18th- fun camp
