Frequently Asked Questions/Things to Know…
1) When is My Tuition Due?
· Tuition is due on the 2nd Monday of the even number months. August, October, December, February and April and will be considered late if not paid by the last day of the month. Reminders will be posted on the 1st of the month payment is due.
******New for the 2010/2011 year families can now choose to have an email, text message or Facebook reminder sent out to about upcoming tuition or account charges.
2) What type of Payment Plans do you offer?
· Tuition Payments can be paid monthly or in 8 week intervals.
· Families may also choose to prepay all 5 sessions and qualify themselves to receive 15% off their total tuition for the year.
3) What type of payments do you accept?
· We accept the following types of payment: Cash, check, debit, or credit card including; Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. Please note we have to pass thru any bank charges for returned checks.
· Automatic Withdraw is now an option for all families. Please check with the office for a contract form.
4) Is There a Registration Fee?
· There is a one time registration fee of $25 per individual or $30 per family. As long as you continue as a student, you will never be charged this fee again. This fee is covers administrative costs.
5) What about Costume and Recital Fees?
Dance students will be charged $35 per costume . ONE HALF (½ ) of this balance is due by Monday November 3rd with the remainder Due Monday December 8th. A Recital Fee of $40 will be charged to all participating dance students families. This fee entitles each family to (4) four complimentary tickets to the show and one complimentary program. Additional tickets will be available for purchase the 2nd week of May. Additional souvenir programs can be purchased at the show for $3 a piece.
6) Does my child have to wait for a new session in order to join a class?
· Gymnastics students can join at any time, missed classes due to late registration can/will be prorated.
· Dance students can join any time through the third session. Missed classes will be prorated. However, due to preparation for the end of the year recital we cannot take any new dance students during the 4th or 5th sessions, unless they are signing up for technique only.
7) Who can be included in your Family Rate?
Only immediate family members residing in the same household may be included. Second cousins, nephews, nieces, best friends etc.

8) Can I have my tuition discounted if I miss a class(es)?
Tuition is not discounted for missed classes except under unusual classes. Unusual circumstances will typically involve injury or prolonged illness. Discuss this with the front office if you know your child may be out for several weeks or more.
9) What is your policy on missed classes?
Missed classes must be made up within the same session in which they occur, excepting the last week of a session, wherein they
may may be made up in the immediately following session. Typically several alternate times and days will be available.
10) How do I sign up?
Registration can be done three ways.
1. Click on the Online Registration tab at the bottom of the home page and register using the Studio Director Registration tool.
2. Download a printable registration form from the home page and email wfgymdw@yahoo.com or snail mail the form back to the studio: 5223B Highway 96, Youngsville, NC 27596.
3. Come into the studio and fill out a hard copy registration form.
Priority registration will be given to students who register over the summer or attend our fall open house
