                  Wow! Has the month of September flown by or what? I can’t believe it is already October!!! I wanted to send out a great big

                                                        Welcome to all of the new families in the Gym and Dance Studio this year.  Now that classes are students are getting into the routine,

we wanted to let you know how much of a joy it has been to have them in class.

The following students have been chosen as Dance Works Studio and Tri County Gymnastics Students of the Month, they have shown hard work and

determination in class and represented the Gym and Studio with excellence outside of our walls as well.

October 4^th Gymnastics Meet at Knightdale Gymnastics

October 5^th: Tap the Map Car Wash: Cruizers Gas Station in Wake Forest

October 11^th: Yard Sale Dance and Gymnastics Fundraiser:

(Dance Works/WFG Parking Lot)

         October 12^th: 20^th Annual Thad and Alice Eure Walk For Hope: At the Angus Barn on Highway 70 in Raleigh,

                                    North Carolina Registration opens at 8am and the Walk starts at 10am. There are walk options. The full route is 10k (6.2 miles) through

                                      Umstead State Park - half route is 5k (3.1 mile) turn around at Umstead Visitor Center and 1 mile nature walk around the lake behind

                               the Angus Barn. Register at http://www.walkforhope.com/registration.aspx register as a walker or make a donation (Team Code: Dance)

October 27^th:

Tap the Map with Anthony, Donovon and Danny. Cost $70. Beginners 5:00-8:15        Int/Adv Tap 5:00-8:00 (Faculty Show and Scholarship Opportunities) 8:15-8:45.

October 28^th:

 Choreography for Large Group Tap 5:30-8:30

October 31^st: Studio Closed: Halloween

November 1^st: Halloween Party Sleep Over / Festival

Festival Ages 8 and under 5:00-7:00 Cost $2 per Child

Sleep Over Ages 8 and up 7:00pm Cost $20 Per Student (not spending the night 11:00pm Pick up $10 per Child.)
